Sometimes I start writing. New beginnings, a myriad of tiny first paragraphs. I started collating them without even realising that micro-fiction was a ‘thing’.
Punctuated by lyrics, snippets and poems, I wanted to finally get it all out into the ether, rather than stuffed into a folder that might be discovered in an attic one day — dog-eared, nibbled by mice and eventually chucked in a skip.
‘Someone’ in the ether fed me these words, and I want to share them.
If they inspire you, great. Use them as a starter. Turn one into a song. Take an idea somewhere I never thought of taking it. All I ask, if you use my words, is that you give me a credit — and let me know what you did with them. I’d love to hear it.
If something moves you, please share it. If it doesn’t, that’s cool too. Not all of this is going to be for everyone.
I hope you enjoy these daily tiny slices of my brain.
The aim is to post one a day, for a year — and then possibly beyond.
